I have long wanted to try to bake under sugar fruit as the cold came and pulls often include duhovochku. I liked the baked grapefruit: bitterness went away and he became more sweet. Persimmon also came up with a new taste. Eat with ice cream or whipped cream.

If You got a sour grapefruit that is a case for baking. Cut the fruit in half.
You can completely remove the peel or not to withdraw altogether. I just removed a little from the top.
Persimmon just split in half.
Thickly sprinkle grapefruit halves with brown sugar.
Use Demerara sugar from TM"Mistral".
