This gorgeous authentic dessert under the name "Apple crisp" I was able to enjoy in the mountains of Montana, pointing to this name in the menu out of curiosity... :-) I was thrilled!!! Under crispy coat was hiding... what? If interested, come in! All tell, show and cook together. Invite with pleasure!!!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Blueberries

    50 g

  • Starch

    4 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Muesli

    4 Tbsp

  • Ice cream

Cooking

Prepare your ingredients. Take a saucepan, pour 200 ml of water and put on fire.

When the water boils, pour in a saucepan the blueberries and 2 tablespoons sugar. Boil for 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean and peel an Apple and cut it into thin slices-pieces.

The mixture is then filtered, the berries are eaten, and from the remaining liquid, cook the pudding, adding 2 tea spoons of starch, diluted in a small amount of cold water.

In a jelly immersed plates of Apple and slightly proverjaem 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook! If you cook more, the plate will turn to mush, this was so not happening.

Leave the jelly to cool. After 10 minutes take out of the freezer ice cream. For serving, it should be soft. And start to "build" dessert. In a sundae dish, pour the jelly, cover it with muesli and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
