Today Halloween. I don't perceive it as a holiday. But as it is symbolically linked to the pumpkin, have decided to offer you a fragrant syrup recipe of pumpkin for the season. Prepare the pumpkin spice syrup, which can be used in addition to different desserts, but I suggest you try it with hot chocolate.

Cooking
Pumpkin peel, cut in small pieces, fill with water, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Pushing a pumpkin into a puree in a blender, add the brown sugar. I have Demerara sugar "Mistral".
Put the ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, stir.
Bring syrup to a boil and cook with constant stirring on low heat for 8 minutes. This syrup can be stored up to a week in the fridge, use as an additive to ice cream, pancakes, fritters, etc.
I suggest you make an unusual and original dessert with this syrup hot chocolate. The calculation is given for 1 serving. In a saucepan mix cream, water, cocoa powder. Add the brown sugar, I have sugar Demerara "Mistral".
Stir the mixture, bring to a boil, put the chopped chocolate. And again stir until chocolate is completely dissolved.
Pour hot chocolate into a mug, sprinkle marshmallows on top and pour the pumpkin spice syrup. Bon appetit!
