Lemon cake in the microwave
Beautiful, airy, with a strong lemon taste, this cupcake will make a nice a Cup of morning coffee.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Mix all the dry ingredients. To the resulting mixture beat the egg and mix thoroughly.

Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds. To the egg-flour mixture, add the zest and lemon juice, then pour in the melted butter. Stir again thoroughly. Pour the batter into cups and bake in the microwave for 3 minutes at a power of 850 watts.
