And this is one of my favorites, as you can cook with any berries in season, even with frozen, and always a great result. This time I offer to cook the Cobbler from the plums while they're still fresh. Vkusnogo!

Cooking
Plum wash, remove seeds, cut into slices. Put in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar. Apple peel, grate, put plums on top, sprinkle with cinnamon. If you are not a fan of cinnamon - can do without it.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In flour, add margarine or butter and grind to a state of fine crumbs. I use the food processor. In the mixture add salt, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, mix well.
Put the mixture in a bowl, make in the middle deepening, pour in the Buttermilk and knead quickly into a dough. The dough is soft and slightly sticky. If you lack buttermilk, you can make one yourself. To do this in a measuring Cup to pour 2/3 tbsp of lemon juice and add milk up to the aptly-150 ml, stir and let stand for 5 minutes until thick.
Torn off from the dough small pieces the size of a walnut and form a pellet. Put pellet on top of the sink, filling all voids.
That's all! Put in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. In the case of the remainder of the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze.
The cobbler cool and serve. It is delicious in both warm and cold.
Especially delicious plum Cobbler with chocolate ice cream.
