Bulgarian pie with cottage cheese and apples
A cake flavored with cream cheese and apples. Very easy to prepare, does not need any special equipment, all the ingredients are available, and the result is heartfelt, homey and very cozy. For the recipe thank you Nataliya.

Form for baking grease with butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. All the dry ingredients I measured a Cup of 250 ml to make a cake I take semolina TM "Mistral"
