Cake for coffee lovers with cinnamon and apples! On the motives of our pie Alia - alarm clock. Not so glamorous, not so big. Allus, thank you for the recipe!

Instant coffee
2 Tbsp

Cinnamon
1 tsp

Powdered sugar
Cooking
Eggs mixed with yogurt and 120g of sugar. Pour the melted butter at room temperature. Mix well.
Add sifted with the baking powder and the flour and kneading the dough.
Coffee mix with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Apples wash, dry, remove the core and cut into slices. In the form, greased with oil, put half of the dough. Flatten. Lay out the Apple slices and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Put the remaining dough. Flatten and place in preheated oven.
Bake at 180C for approximately 35-40 minutes. Ready pie to cool slightly in the form, then on the grill. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
The result is left on the kitchen table at night pie.)))
