Prepare the products.
In a Cup pour gelatin. Add clean, cold water. Leave for 30-45 minutes. Then the mass is heated, not boiling. Filter. ( I divided the gelatinous mass into 2 parts. First warmed up part 1, then part 2).
In the bowl of a blender put the cheese. Add the cream and sugar. I use "Fruit sugar" TM "Mistral".
In a Cup put the cheese mass. Add 1 piece of heated gelatinous mass.
Cottage cheese-gelatin mass put in shape. (I got glasses). Remove forms for 5-7 minutes in the freezer.
Peaches with syrup, put into blender. (Wait 1-2 peach halves for decoration).
Put in a Cup and add part 2 of heated gelatinous mass. (To taste you can add sugar). Mix well.
From the freezer take out forms with the curd mass. In the form add peach gelatin mass. Return the form in the freezer for 3 minutes.
Deferred peaches cut into halves.
Remove from the freezer form with dessert. Add the chopped peaches. Put the shapes in the fridge for 2-2. 5 hours, covering with cling film or foil.
Dessert is served, garnished to your taste.
