Pastas with prunes
Offer to cook a Portuguese cakes Pastel de belém, custard and prunes.

Ingredients

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Vanilla

  • Cream

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Almonds

  • Prunes

    35 g

Cooking

Pour into a bowl vegetable oil, immediately add water (boiling water).

Pour the flour and stir.

Add vanilla to taste and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm. Glass cut out circles.

Fill the molds dough and put into the fridge for 1 hour.

Prepare the custard. Take a bag of custard with vanilla flavor TM Haas and pour the contents into a bowl. Pour half of the milk and stir.

The rest of the heated milk and pour it into the mixture. Cook until thick state. To cool the custard. Prunes to wash out water and finely chop.

The molds with the dough put in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Then get to fill with prunes and custard.

Sprinkle with chopped almonds and put it in the oven. Bake until ready.
