Fragrant strawberry jam
As the strawberry season is in full swing, I decided to share a recipe for a delicious jam. This is a very simple recipe, but the taste will surprise you: tasty, fragrant, reminiscent of summer even in the coldest winter day. And most importantly, berries are whole, bright and flavor syrup.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    800 g

Strawberries wash, dry, remove chashelistiki. Put in enamel basin

When it boils, wait 5 minutes and off to the side. You can gently stir with a spoon towards the bottom up several times. Remove the basin from heat and wait for the price to cool completely. I recommend leaving at 10 o'clock in the evening again put the basin on a slow fire, BUT not boil, and boil ☺ and again off to the side. In the morning, repeat the procedure.

On the morning of jars and lids sterilize them and fill with jam (slightly cooled ). Try to juice and the berries were in equal proportion
