Lean strawberry cake
Looking at the ingredients, you might think that it is so difficult. But I assure You it is not so. Just mix, bake, whip, brush. And most difficult it is to collect, not eating everything separately.

Bake the biscuit. For this, we need a glass of strawberry puree, which can be made from fresh or frozen berries, pre-defrost and drain the juice. Mix it with oil "Oleyna", coconut milk.
