Description
Really wanted some cake for tea. In the fridge was a banana, cottage cheese and passion fruit syrup. The result was a mini-cake with butter cream and tropical notes. I was cooking in a tiny form, 12 cm diameter. In the description of the recipe, all the ingredients are immediately multiplied by 2 to get a cake with a diameter of 18-20 cm, not the cake.

Cooking
In the preparation of cakes for this cake there is nothing unusual - the usual biscuit. First you need to separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins vzbit in a solid foam with a half (75 gr.) sugar.

Add the remaining whites and carefully mix.
Pour the batter into the form lined with baking paper. Lubricate necessary, otherwise the biscuit cakes will come off from the walls and snaps.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool better in the oven. Ready-made sponge cake, cut out shapes with a knife and cut into two Korzh.
To impregnate I was mixed with 80 ml water, 2 tbsp passion fruit syrup and 3 tsp. triple-Seca. You can use any syrup, any alcohol, but without the passion will, of course, is not so tropicalista.
For the cream whip cream with sugar until thick. Then add cream cheese and again beat.
