Cake
Really wanted some cake for tea. In the fridge was a banana, cottage cheese and passion fruit syrup. The result was a mini-cake with butter cream and tropical notes. I was cooking in a tiny form, 12 cm diameter. In the description of the recipe, all the ingredients are immediately multiplied by 2 to get a cake with a diameter of 18-20 cm, not the cake.
