I suggest you try vegetarian donuts with a delicious nut-tea cream. None of my household is not guessed from what they cooked. And what was their udivenie when they heard it was lentil! Donata turned gentle, soft, very tasty, and most importantly, almost diet! Help yourself!

Cooking
Grind the lentils into flour using a coffee grinder. We need to get 2 cups of flour. I used red lentils TM "Mistral".
Mix lentil flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, vanilla powder, cinnamon and salt.
Mash bananas with a fork into a puree.
2 bags of black tea pour a glass of boiling water.
Add to the banana puree 3/4 Cup tea, coconut oil and Apple cider vinegar.
Mix banana mixture with dry ingredients until smooth.
We shift the dough in the package, cut the corner and pour the batter into the pan for donuts. I got 20 donuts.
Cook in a preheated to 175С (350F) oven for 10-12 minutes. Take out from oven and give 5 minutes to stand.
Then hook the tip of a knife and place on a plate. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Prepare nut-tea cream. It is better to prepare in advance. Almonds soaked in water for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
After that, drain the water and clean from the husk. Grind with a food processor.
Add korucu, maple syrup (or honey) and 3/4 Cup of strong tea. Stir until smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
Grease donuts Orekhovo-tea cream.
