Buckwheat biscuits with Apple and lime
Very amazing cookies both in taste and composition. While I baked the second batch, my kids are smartly and quickly dealt with first. Lime, buckwheat, and Apple is a very successful combination. Open the recipe online, added lime, Apple and glaze. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    8 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1.5 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • The lime zest

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    11 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    60 ml

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    90 g

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Buckwheat boil according to instructions on the box, release from the pack.

To the buckwheat, add the eggs, softened butter and sugar. All carefully stir with a whisk.

Add the zest and the Apple rubbed on a small grater.

Then add the sifted flour, vanilla, baking powder. Carefully stir the dough with a spoon.

On laid paper (greased) baking pan, with a spoon spread the dough. Sent bake for 15-20 in a preheated 180-190 degree oven.

Optionally make the frosting. Mix water, milk, cocoa and sugar (I cane) sent to stew on low heat, with frequent stirring.

Gelatin soak 2-3 tbsp of water for 10 minutes.
