VOLUPTUEUSE MOUSSE AU CHOCOLAT. French mousse means “foam”. Gentle, melting in your mouth mousse, mega chocolate will not leave anyone indifferent. This dessert is the French love to serve with dinner, especially if the dinner is romantic.

Cooking
Chocolate melt in a water bath
The cream, gently heat until warm.
Mix the cream and melted chocolate until uniform in consistency.
Whip whites with lemon juice until soft peaks form, continue beating, add sugar and whip until stiff peaks.
Add cream and chocolate to the driven proteins and gently mix with a silicone spatula until smooth. Add the liqueur. I was done with the expectation that the daughter will also be there so the liqueur is not added.
