  • Cheese curd

For the sponge cake: prepare all necessary ingredients.

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, soda and baking powder.

Then add in a bowl the eggs, vegetable oil, odorless, buttermilk (you can substitute fat yogurt) and whisk.

Add gel coloring.

Mix well with a mixer.

Lubricate the form of butter, on the bottom of the form to lay a parchment.

Divide dough into 3 equal parts and bake each cake separately. Bake at 170 gr. approximately 20-25 min.

Cool the cakes and cut off the tip.

Cakes have cooled, trim the edges.

For the cream: all the ingredients place in a bowl.

Whisk on low speed, gradually increasing it. But not to the maximum, so that the cream was thick and increased in volume.
