Nowadays there are so many varieties of ice cream, right eyes run, and I don't know what to choose. And still, constantly coming up with new varieties which are challenging the traditional combinations of flavors. Today we will make ice cream, vegetarian, or rather vegan - no animal products. This ice cream contains no added sugar, completely natural, nourishing and useful.

Cooking
Cook it very simple. Need at least ingredients: zucchini, kaboom cereal, dates, soy (can be almond) milk and cocoa powder.
Zucchini peel, flesh cut small cubes and put in microwave at full power for a few minutes.
In the bowl of a blender, put zucchini, dates and milk. Grind until a homogeneous mass.
Fill it with cereals, add cocoa. Again grind until smooth.
It turns out that's the mass.
Which we poured into molds and put into freezer until firm.
Optionally, you can melt chocolate and dip frozen ice cream in it - get lollies.
Or grind the flakes in a blender and sprinkle them ice cream.
