Not very fastidious recipe in execution, with a great result. I do not advise to change the Mayo to sour cream. Especially if it's the mayonnaise from "Using".

Ingredients.
Meat cut across the grain into plates of a thickness not exceeding 1.5 cm.
Put the meat, the mayonnaise, honey and grated garlic. Add pepper, salt and mix well. Lay on foil, wrap and bake in the oven at t= 150 min approximately 1 - 1.5 hours. until soft. It all depends on the meat. Or you can use the sleeve for baking.
You can serve it both hot and cold.
