Description
This recipe was given to my cousin, so named in her honor. The salad is very tasty and unusual. The combination of chicken with green peas, mushrooms and kiwi have conquered me immediately. The holiday table is eaten in the first place.

Cooking
The mushrooms and onions chopped and fry in vegetable oil.
Boil chicken (I had drumsticks), cut into cubes, boil eggs, we shall RUB on average grater. In the pictures the products that we need. The salad is layers.
1st layer: green beans, coat with the mayonnaise ( the amount of mayonnaise at your discretion) .
2-layer: half chicken, grease with mayonnaise.
3-layer: half roasted mushrooms with onions, grease with mayonnaise.
4-layer: eggs RUB on a grater, to grease with mayonnaise.
5-layer: the remaining chicken, grease with mayonnaise. 6-layer: the remaining mushrooms and onions, grease with mayonnaise. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts.
Kiwi clean and cut slices to lay on top of the layer of nuts. To put it in the fridge to soak. Bon appetit!
