Cooking
To the chicken mince add salt, black pepper, garlic and lemon zest. I must say that I did not like the combination of Apple and bacon, for my taste, there should be something one, so now this is a dish I cook only with bacon, which gives the meatballs juiciness and a spicy hint of smoked meats. For more dietary option is better, of course, add the zest, and bacon to eliminate.
Then add the chopped bacon and egg, stir.

With wet hands molded from minced small meatballs. Put meatballs in a greased form and bake them in a preheated 200° oven until ready. Instead of baking the meatballs you can roast.
