Chicken meatballs with bacon
Juicy and flavorful meatballs are a great option for lunch or dinner. Quick, tasty and easy!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    600 g

  • Bacon

    70 g

  • Crumb bread

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon peel

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To the chicken mince add salt, black pepper, garlic and lemon zest. I must say that I did not like the combination of Apple and bacon, for my taste, there should be something one, so now this is a dish I cook only with bacon, which gives the meatballs juiciness and a spicy hint of smoked meats. For more dietary option is better, of course, add the zest, and bacon to eliminate.
