Description
Offer to your attention a wonderful bread that can be submitted to the festive table. Just imagine what it tastes like: aromatic herbs, paprika and some chili pepper, it's hard to resist this bread. In addition, there is combined a thin crispy crust and tender crumb, even air.

Cooking
Sift flour and mix with dry yeast TM SAF-moment.
The milk should be at room temperature. Soluble in milk, sugar and salt, add melted butter and podnesem small portions all the flour with the yeast. Smooth knead dont stick to hands dough. It is important to remember that it should not be hard, so no need to add extra flour.
Cover the dough with a clean dry towel and put it to rest and rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours. After the dough rises will skatiem it into a ball.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. To 1 part podnesem mixed Basil and oregano, to another part of the mixture of paprika and spicy red pepper, and the third leave white.
Each bulb now squash them into jelly and skatiem of them long sausages, the same size.
All 3 sausages join at the base and braid in a braid, the ends will also clip together. Transfer the braid onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Coat the braid with a mixture of beaten eggs and cream. The part with the paprika, sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds and the herbs - cumin, the white part will leave empty, or sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, depending on oven. Allow to cool a little and serve. Bon appetit!
