Sometimes you want to treat your relatives with something tasty and unusual, especially if the family has children. Offer for dessert curly sweet cake with dried apricots and cinnamon. It can be eaten warm or cold, it is perfect for a light snack, and just raise everyone's spirits with just one look and delicious flavor.

Cooking
Dried apricots wash, dry and grind in a blender.
Connect the yeast, salt, milk, softened butter, cane sugar (3 tbsp), flour and dried apricots.
Knead the dough (I trusted this process the bread maker). The dough is placed in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Flatten the dough into any pies, depending on the imagination. I have the dough turned into a carriage :-)
In warm water stir cane sugar (1/2 tbsp) and cinnamon.
Grease pie cinnamon water. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
