Tart with figs, pistachios and mint
A luxurious dessert of a soft, crumbly dough with cream cheese, figs, pistachios and mint. Prepared simply and quickly, eaten up as well! Cook in the oven and in the slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    60 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mascarpone

    150 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Dessert wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Figs

    5 piece

  • Pistachios

  • Mint

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Of these products knead the dough.

Roll into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and put in the fridge for 30 minutes minimum.

Ready to roll out the dough and spread into a greased butter the tart form, making bumpers. I did it in the slow cooker.

Put a sheet of crumpled baking paper with peas or any other culinary goods.

Bake at 180 hail for about 10 minutes, then remove paper with beans and bake for another 15 minutes. In a slow cooker with 860 W power mode "PASTRIES" 30 minutes.

Whip cream with mascarpone, honey and wine. If there is no wine - you can substitute essence for baking - 1-2 drops.

Put the cream in Foundation.

Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and chopped mint leaves. Enjoy your tea!
