Roasted vinaigrette
A simple delicious dish from the usual-the usual root crops. Our family love this recipe. Waiting for fresh (says my mom) vegetables to cook it. We usually make this dish until mid-October, later the roots will lie down and it turns out not so good.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Beets

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Sunflower oil

So, we need a set of products.

Then the vegetables cut into julienne (my mom loves big sticks).

Preheat the pan with vegetable oil and begin to fry first beets (about 5 minutes), then add to it the carrots and fry about the same time. These vegetables cook longer than the potatoes, so this sequence
