Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Fat

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Tomatoes wash and cut into circles with a thickness of 5mm.

Beat egg with a whisk. Heat the fat in the pan. Dip tomatoes in egg mixture

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry for 5 minutes on each side until Golden brown.

Spread on paper towel to soak up excess fat.

Into fat, which roasted the tomatoes, add the flour and fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
