Pear pie filling
A delicious cake with juicy pears and chocolate filling! You need to eat it chilled!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    115 g

  • Pear

    5 piece

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt.

Add butter, sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice. Knead plastic dough. Make a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

From refrigerated dough make the cake and stretched it, put in shape with a diameter of 25 cm, making edges of the pie.

Chocolate to grate and put on top of dough in shape.

Pear clean, cut into slices, put on top of the chocolate series

Whip the cream and egg yolk.

Pour the mixture on the pears evenly over the entire surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 10 minutes, then reduce to 180 and leave for~ 20 minutes (pears should be purchased the caramel color).
