Traditional cheesecake
The iconic cheesecake "new York" easy to prepare at home. The original traditional recipe, it turns out very tasty. Melts in your mouth <3

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    450 g

  • Cookies

    140 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Corn starch

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    80 g

Prepare the sand base. Cookies grind in a blender into fine crumbs.

Butter to melt. Pour oil in a bowl with the shortbread crumbs. And stir everything well.

Spread crumbs in shape and is quite densely compacted bottom of the glass.

Bake a sand-based ~10 minutes in heated to ~180°C oven.

Then remove and allow to cool.

In the mixer bowl put 150 grams of cream cheese, 45 grams of sugar and starch. Beat on low speed for 2-3 minutes.

Mix in the remaining cream cheese in small portions, whisking. Increasing the speed of the mixer to medium, add the remaining sugar and vanilla. Beat.

Add the egg, beat for 25 seconds.

Then pour the cream and whisk for 1-2 minutes until a homogeneous smooth mass.

Next, evenly distribute the mixture over the surface of the biscuit. Put the form in a bigger form with hot water and put in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

After baking, pull out the cheesecake from the water bath.

Cover with plastic wrap or foil and leave in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours (if possible, it is better at night)

In the morning you can decorate the cake with syrup.
