Boiled sweet potato croquettes
Soft, gentle, sweet croquettes with crunchy croutons.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Boil the potatoes in their skins.

Peel and mince the potatoes along with soaked in milk bread.

Potatoes mixed with eggs, sugar, vanilla, flour. Zamesit homogeneous mass.

Roll the roller, cut into pieces. Each piece roll in flour in the form of sausage the size of a little finger.

Separately brown the breadcrumbs with the butter, remove from heat and add a tablespoon of sugar. Mix well.

Cook for 10 minutes in boiling water. Drain in a sieve and roll them in the prepared breadcrumbs.
