Salad with rice and summer vegetables
Quick, hearty and delicious salad. May well be a solo lunch or dinner. Cook fast-eat even faster.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    3 piece

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Dill

    0.25 coup

  • Cilantro

    0.25 coup

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

  • Mint

    1 sprig

  • Marjoram

    1 sprig

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Spices

To prepare the salad, use the rice Indica GOLD TM "Mistral".

Bag with rice cooked in salted water, over medium heat for 20 minutes until the rice is tender.

Pour the rice on a plate to cool.

Wash vegetables, tomato cut into small pieces, carrots and radishes into thin slices. If young carrots, you can use the old one, only carrots grate or cut into slices and simmered for 3 minutes.

Herbs wash, drain and finely chop.

Put in a bowl the vegetables, add the rice, peas and chopped fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste.

For dressing mix olive oil and vinegar.

Season the salad and give a little brew.
