For many the name "quinoa" is something exotic, we know very little about this cereal, so I just pass by, seeing it on supermarket shelves. But in vain! Nutritionists compare quinoa with breast milk: this product is almost completely absorbed by the body and is a storehouse of many useful substances. So I suggest during lent be sure to include in your diet this dish

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Quinoa boil until tender in a ratio of 1:2. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and with the lid closed for 20 minutes. To complete spicemania liquid

Add prepared quinoa, stir well, add rice vinegar, nutmeg. season with salt and pepper to taste
