Beet kvass
Here is another recipe for this drink. Both delicious, we loved both drinks.


  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Water

    3 l


Take beets, choose a darker color, clean it from the peel and cut. It is desirable cut into small pieces.
Then sprinkle the chopped beets in a glass jar up to half and pour cooled boiled water to the top. now in a warm place to ferment for 4-5 days. I was 4 days. The drink is ready. Drain and cold. A nice thirst quencher!!!
