Description
Granola is a traditional US food for Breakfast. Unlike store-bought options of homemade granola does not contain excess sugar, TRANS fats and artificial additives. Works well for digestion and metabolism plus cleanses the blood vessels from the "bad" cholesterol.

Cooking
Mix all ingredients except honey
Add the honey. Will have to the pieces of granola. If you have dry flakes, add more honey.
Lay out on a baking sheet greased with oil, bake 30-40 minutes at 170S. Leave to cool. Put in a jar.
