Warm salad with buckwheat noodles and vegetables
Today we will prepare interesting spicy salad in Oriental style! I am very fond of such variations. Spicy, sweet and sour, a little spicy and such a texture... If you haven't tried it, I recommend strongly to fix it! Very true now in the Post. Salad it's filling and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Soba

    100 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Asparagus

    300 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Buckwheat noodles (soba) was put in a suitable size bowl and pour boiling water for 10 min.

Drain the noodles, add 1 tbsp oil "Oleyna" and stir so that the noodles are not stuck together.

Zucchini cut into slices and fry 1-2 minutes in oil "Oleyna".

Add cut into rings sweet pepper and chilli, fry for another 3 min.

Ginger and garlic cut into thin slices, add to vegetables and cook for 1 min.

Green fresh asparagus cut into pieces and add to the vegetables, fry for 1 min.

Add green frozen peas, soy sauce, salt to taste, sugar, paprika powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the noodles, stir, cook 1 more min and serve immediately!!

Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
