Warm vegetable salad
This dish can be served as a standalone form or as a mild side dish. The dish is very juicy and tasty, and the beans and hearty.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 pack

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

First make my favorite sauce: to do this, warm up the soy sauce on the stove, dissolve the sugar in it and boil down a bit - you will get a sweet sauce, reminiscent of Unagi in Japanese cuisine. Cut vegetables in this way.

Beans boil until tender in a way specified on the packing.

On a heated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil spread zucchini and lightly fry.

Then add a few tablespoons of the sauce and stew until ready.
