Goose happy new year cinnamon with plums
Treat yourself and loved ones in new year's eve gorgeous and fragrant dish of goose. Cinnamon gives the dish a unique flavor, but the plum is its complement its acidity.

Ingredients

  • Goose

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Drain

    1 kg

In a bowl, combine honey, cinnamon, salt and paprika.

Cut goose into serving pieces, RUB with marinade and refrigerate for a day.

Put the goose in a cast iron cauldron, add a little water, simmer on low heat for about 2 hours, do not forget to stir.

Plum to separate from the bones.

Onion cut into half rings.

After two hours in a large kettle with a goose add the plums and onion, season with a little salt and let simmer for about 15 minutes, make sure that plum didn't melt down. I had a very tight plum.
