Lasagna with Italian meat
Very tasty lasagna, we really enjoyed it: a juicy, flavor combinations of different ingredients to give the dish delicacy and piquancy and flavor.

Ingredients

1. Sauce: Tomatoes in their own juice grind blender.

2. Heat the olive oil and fry the bacon/pancetta over medium heat 5 minutes. Add the onion finely chopped, salt to taste and cook for 7 minutes. Add finely chopped garlic and fry for another 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Add the tomatoes and 3 cups. water and, if not enough salt, you can add more, cook for 2-3 hours, stirring. Tip: salt should be gradual, as when cooking, the taste will change.

3. Lasagna: Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and to it add Italian beef, fry, stirring constantly, until tender. Ready stuffing put on a napkin to glass excess oil. If you can't find this beef, here's my recipe: ground Pork 450 g, garlic-1 tooth., paprika 1/2 tbsp. fennel seeds 1/2 tsp (brown), salt 1/2 tsp, black pepper 1/4 tsp, Cayenne pepper 1/3 tsp (if you like more spicy, can add more), ground anise 1/8 tsp, parsley (fresh, minced) 1 tbsp.

4. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add the 2 tooth. garlic finely chop. Once the garlic becomes Golden, it is necessary to remove and throw.

5. To the oil add mushrooms and 1/2 tsp salt, cook until soft 4-5 minutes. To put aside.

6. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add the 2 tooth. garlic finely chop. Once the garlic is Golden brown, remove and throw out. To the oil add the zucchini and fry.

7. Cook the pasta for the lasagna according to the directions on the package, rinse in cold water, place on a plain surface.

8. To combine the ricotta, half the Parmesan, Basil and 1 tsp. salt -mix well.

9. Add the eggs and stir.

10. On the bottom of the form (22x35 cm) pour a couple of ladles of sauce.

11. To the sauce add pasta.

12. Pasta - 1/3 of the ricotta and pour the pasta.

13. Then the sauce and 1/3 of meat.

14. Minced mushrooms 1/3 and 1/3 of zucchini.

15. On top of the cheese. Repeat, ending with a layer of pasta covered with sauce and cheese.

16. Cover with foil. Send in the oven at 180*C for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove the foil and leave for another 15 minutes it will turn brown. Let stand for 20 minutes before you cut it.
