Offer to cook you a simple but at the same time delicious and flavorful dish. Tender flavorful beef, mushrooms, vegetables with a delicate aroma of white wine.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Figure

    250 g

  • Water

    800 ml

  • Wine white semi-dry

    125 ml

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.3 cup

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut the meat into cubes.

Mushrooms cut into thin polupustyne.

Onions cut into half rings.

Carrots, cut (or RUB) into strips.

Heat vegetable oil and fry the meat until Golden brown.

Add to the meat onions, carrots and mushrooms. Fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly, cover to cover, over medium heat.

Add the rice and cover with water. Pepper and salt.

Cook on low heat until complete evaporation of the liquid. Add the wine and cook for another 10-15 minutes on low heat. Then wrap the dish for 20-30 minutes.
