Cooking
Cut the meat into cubes.
Mushrooms cut into thin polupustyne.
Onions cut into half rings.
Carrots, cut (or RUB) into strips.
Heat vegetable oil and fry the meat until Golden brown.
Add to the meat onions, carrots and mushrooms. Fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly, cover to cover, over medium heat.
Add the rice and cover with water. Pepper and salt.
Cook on low heat until complete evaporation of the liquid. Add the wine and cook for another 10-15 minutes on low heat. Then wrap the dish for 20-30 minutes.
