This is a dish I often cooked for my Breakfast and loved. Hearty and healthy! In life I am a person who loves to sleep in the morning, but Breakfast is a must. Suitable as a romantic Breakfast favorite! I eat nothing but pour sweet condensed milk or topping - pan-cakes are well soaked. Sometimes the dough blender banana, but then add a little flour. And it is possible completely to oatmeal to do, so I like most!

Cooking
To separate the protein from the yolk. Mix the yolk, whey, salt and vegetable oil. Protein vzbit with sugar. In the dough with the yolk add the flour. Mix well, then add soda. the dough should be slightly liquid pancakes
Gently add the whipped protein mix. Fry in a pan without oil, they are fluffy work! Try it!
