Puff with Mandarin oranges in caramel syrup
Tasty puff with Mandarin filling. Top crisp and caramel sauce. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Orange juice

    250 ml

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

To prepare filling for puffs. Tangerines (oranges) peel, divide into slices and remove the film. Puff pastry roll out, cut into triangles (extra-long). On the wide end to put a slice of Mandarin (orange) (on narrow edge to make long cuts)
