To prepare filling for puffs. Tangerines (oranges) peel, divide into slices and remove the film. Puff pastry roll out, cut into triangles (extra-long). On the wide end to put a slice of Mandarin (orange) (on narrow edge to make long cuts)

Bake in preheated to 180*C oven, until Golden brown, for 5 mins until cooked puff lubricate the yolk (if desired)
