Pie
Delicate cake with orange, dried apricots and prunes. Very tasty and flavorful. How festive table without baking? Moreover, the cake is cooked easily from the minimum of product and time!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Orange zest

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Butter

    150 g

Cooking

Whisk the eggs with the sugar

Add the yogurt and the cooled melted butter, whisk

Add the baking powder and flour, whisk

Orange grate on a fine grater, zest we need. Dried apricots and prunes cut into thin strips (I'm not pre-soaked dried fruit, I always buy a soft, fresh)

Add the dried fruit and zest to the dough and gently stir with a spatula

The dough pour in the form, previously lined with baking paper and put into the oven for 40 mins at 180*C
