Salad with millet and lentils
This salad is just a storehouse of useful carbohydrates and protein! Nutritionists love it :)

Ingredients

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Lentils

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Almonds

    1 handful

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Mint

    0.5 coup

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Cooking

Millet, TM "Mistral" cook in boiling salted water until tender (about 20 minutes), drain the water, the millet to cool.

Same thing with lentils.

The tomatoes and cucumber into small cubes, almonds, coarsely chopped parsley and mint, chop.

To make the sauce. Sesame grind in a mortar to a paste, add the olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and honey, mix everything carefully.

Mix all of the ingredients. Fill received sauce.
