  • Flour

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Beets

    60 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    70 ml

Cooking

Make the batter for pancakes. To start, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.

Add the flour and starch, mix well.

Gradually add milk and stir until smooth

Add to the dough beet juice and vegetable oil

When your dough is baking pancakes (frying pan with oil to grease is not necessary)

For the filling fry in a pan the sliced mushrooms with the onions and simmer them in the cream.
