Onion soup
Delicious, aromatic, spicy and warming - these are the words I want to describe this dish! You are all invited to a tasting!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    800 ml

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Put the broth on the fire. Onion peel and cut into half rings.

Lay the sliced onions on a heated with oil pan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Much to roast the onion is not necessary, it should be transparent!

In the boiling broth add the tomato paste, soy sauce, black pepper, dried garlic and sweet paprika, stir. To fill the bow.

On a small amount of vegetable oil fry flour to a nutty color and smell. Add a little water and stir to avoid lumps. To enter a thin stream into the soup. Stir and cook for another 10 minutes. At the request of the soup you can blend it using a blender.
