The mutton chops on the bone
Not everyone likes lamb, and absolutely nothing, this is a very useful meat. Some of the "scares" peculiar smell of mutton, believe me, thus prepared lamb will radically change Your opinion of her!

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    6 piece

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Burgers to dry out.

Chili pepper slice. Who loves spicy, the seeds may not be removed. I removed the seeds.

In a pan heat cumin seeds and coriander.

Then add the chopped Chile.

and leave to marinate at least 3 hours.

Spread in the form always (!!!) close foil and in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. After an hour remove foil and skumanich 5 minutes. It is very important not to overdry.
