Warm millet salad with
Very tasty, hearty, healthy salad with millet and vegetables! Adding rosemary gives a very pleasant woodsy aroma and taste! Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Chili

  • Black pepper

  • Millet

    1 pack

In salted water cook the millet. I have a millet gold TM "Mistral"

The onion and peel the garlic. Onions cut thin slices, garlic slices. Fry in hot oil. Add eggplant and zucchini, cut into cubes. Add the rosemary needles. Fry for 10-15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

With tomatoes remove the skins, cut the flesh cubes, add to vegetables and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Add salt, pepper and chilli.

Mix the vegetables with prepared millet. All a pleasant appetite!!!
