Salad of roasted peppers
The salad gives a very interesting taste, due to I think it of lemon. The sharpness of the garlic and hot pepper is not felt, and walnuts make it quite hearty. This recipe was taken from a little book called "healthy options" what is in my kitchen and I like it very much. I hope you like it too. I love it here just as a main dish, but I think it is quite possible to apply to the meat.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Olives

    10 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Greens

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Pepper wash and bake in the oven. I baked for 40 minutes at temperature of 180 gr.

While the pepper is baked to prepare the dressing. For this tomatoes to grate, add the juice of half a lemon, 2 tbsp oil and salt to taste.

Continue to clean the other half of the lemon from the peel of the film and seeds and chop it in small pieces.

Then finely chop the hot pepper, garlic, parsley.

Olives cut into slices.

Baked peppers to cool for 10 minutes, then peel the stalk and seeds. Cut into strips.

Plate sprinkle with part of the trees, put half of the pepper.

Pepper sprinkle with lemon slices, garlic and hot pepper. Put olives and walnuts (a little to leave for decoration).

To put the second part of the pepper, the greens and pour dressing. Garnish with olives and walnuts. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!.
