Salad with rice, kohlrabi and peppers
Kohlrabi is a valuable dietary product, rich in vitamins and minerals. The rice gives the dish a fuller, and bell pepper – a bright taste and appearance. In combination with a dressing based on flavored oil produces a delicious, nutritious salad that can be served as a side dish or as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

  • Green onions

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

Cooking

Long grain rice boil until tender, cool.

Kohlrabi peel and grate on a grater for Korean carrot (long thin straws).

In a deep container to put the rice and kohlrabi, add chopped green onion and bell pepper. Mix well.

For salad dressing: mix sunflower oil with lemon, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. The amount of seasoning ingredients can be adjusted according to your taste.

Salad mix well to soak a couple of hours. Before serving, sprinkle with additional grated cheese and garnish with greens.
