Have not met a single person who doesn't like pancakes!!! I want to share with you my version of this dish, tasty, simple to prepare and most importantly - rich.

Cooking
Start the dough after all the ingredients, I add the boiling water and set aside.
Now turn fantasy and prepare our filling. It can be varied to your taste. I had boiled sausage, cheese, cherry tomatoes, ground beef, mushrooms and onions. All of which I finely sliced, the cheese ran through the grater.
Next, put the pan on medium heat and allow it to heat up.
Pour the batter into the pan, top evenly distribute sausage, cheese, tomatoes, then lightly pour the batter that it barely covered the filling. A little low down the heat and fry on both sides.
The same is done with meat, I was a little uncomfortable to take pictures.
Ready pancakes turn as you like, I rolled into 4 parts (as do the French). Top with remaining cheese and put into a preheated 220 oven for 5 minutes. You can also spice up any sauce, which again to your taste.
