Dessert for adults with drunken pears and bitter chocolate. Time it will take about three hours, but the result is worth it!) Recipe taken from the German magazine "Ideas for baking".

Cooking
Pear peel and cut the core and remove stem. White wine, lemon juice, 400 ml of water and 75 g sugar to boil. Pears in boiling broth and cook for 15-20 minutes until they are soft.
