Cooking
Make a cake let's start with the test. Kneading dough best of all it is hands. Mix soft butter and icing sugar (I often use sugar instead of powder). Since it is kneaded with hands, the photo shows all the prints:))
Add vanilla (on the tip of a knife), baking powder and flour, mix well. The dough will be dense and dry.
Now add 1 egg and 1 yolk, protein of one egg while let us put aside. Yolks shortbread dough is given the looseness and softness, the whites make it thick and callous, so don't use one protein. All carefully knead. The dough will be soft and delicate (not too steep), does not stick to hands. Will skatiem it in the bowl, tighten the film and put while in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, prepare a filling. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, icing sugar and remaining egg white. If the granulated cottage cheese - mash it with a fork. Adjust amount of sugar according to your taste and depending on the fruit.
Plum wash, dry, remove the seeds and cut into small slices.
Take the dough out of the fridge. 2/3 of the dough spread on the form, making a small bumpers. Prick with a fork.
Put the cheese filling. Distribute plums on top.
The remaining roll the dough and cut into small strips, place them in a pattern on the cake (if you have wavy knife, stripes will turn out very beautiful, I do not have that:().
Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 20-25 min. From me plums after baking become much more acidic, so I'm still hot cake sprinkle on top of sugar.
